Structured Cabling Systems
A structured wiring system, copper or fibre provides a communications medium to carry voice, data or video throughout a building. A well-designed system with enough outlets allows for future company growth. The resilience of a structured cabling system eliminates most or all infrastructure bottlenecks. The most commonly used cable in structured cabling systems is Cat 5e or Cat 6. It supports data speeds up to 1GB.
