Support Agreements

Our support agreements are designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses, providing comprehensive, proactive maintenance for your network infrastructure. Service is provided by friendly, highly qualified, business-minded engineers. All our support agreements include:

Help Desk support

Whether you need advice with a Microsoft application or you need help with a hardware problem, an engineer will take ownership of your query to get you up and running as soon as possible.

Remote Support

Infinite knows the important role that IT plays in a small business; this is why we make sure we fix your IT problems first time.

The engineer who returns your call will already be familiar with your IT set-up and network configuration and will have already thought through potential solutions to your problem.

We can also take remote control of your machine, so we are virtually 'on-site' at all times.

On site support

If our helpdesk or remote support facility is unable to resolve the problem - we will send one of our engineers to the site to walk you through the problem in person. On site response can be 4 hour or 8 hour depending on how critical the fault is. In the event of a faulty item requiring workshop attention, we will provide a loan substitute unit

Server Support

Network servers are critical elements of an IT installation. It is important to ensure that they are maintained in optimum condition for best performance.

Servers are usually well configured when they are first installed but as changes are made to user configurations and software installations their performance can degrade over time.

When a server is down, it can seriously affect productivity and the wellbeing of your business, costing you time and money. Servers should be checked regularly to ensure they remain in an ideal configuration. Checking that the backup is working, regular housekeeping, and virus checks are performed so as to prevent potential problems and downtime for users.

In the event of a server failure a fully qualified network engineer attends site within the designated response time chosen. The engineer takes full responsibility for recovering the network fileserver in the event of a systems failure.

Scheduled calls
